DAY 5

BREAKFAST:
2 rashs of bacon
1 piece of toast with marmalade
2 hash browns
1 cooked tomato

11 AM SNACK:
1 green apple

LUNCH:
1 duck wrap

DINNER:
-

THOUGHT:
WORST DAY EVER. I didnt have dinner because I am lying in hospital as my heart stopped beating from lack of sugar. I'm leaving this place as soon as possible.

GOALS:
get the fuck out of this place.
